Bill was born on January 2, 1952 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to William L. and Elsie M. (Brown) Scott.
He graduated from Angola High School in 1970. He joined the Navy after high school and proudly served his Country in the United States Navy.
He was a great guy. Anyone who knew Bill was his friend, he was always willing to help a friend at any time. He was always positive and upbeat, and had friends everywhere.
Survivors include a sister, Lee Scott Loudermilk of Terre Haute, Indiana, and a brother, Mark C. Scott of Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Wayne Scott and Larry Scott.
Following his wishes there will be no services. Burial will be at a later time.
