Kayelynn LaRee Howell (Humbert)

Kayelynn LaRee Howell (Humbert), 4 days, of Fremont, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in the arms of her parents at Toledo Children’s Hospital. She was born June 6, 2015 at Bellevue Hospital the daughter of Tara Humbert and Justin Howell.

Surviving are her parents Tara and Justin of Fremont, OH; maternal grandparents Kurt and Melissia Humbert of Green Springs, OH; paternal grandparents Dana and Jennifer Howell of Fremont, OH; uncles, Ty Humbert of Green Springs, OH; Joshua Howell of Fremont, OH.

Visitation will take place Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 10:00A.M. -12:00P.M. at Grace Community Church, 900 Smith Road Fremont, OH. Funeral services will begin at 12:00P.M. at Grace Community Church with Rev. David Damschroder officiating. Burial will follow at Green Springs Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to "Care Support" through the Toledo Children's Hospital NICU or "Tiny Purposes".
