Antonia R. Rompal, a faithful and compassionate woman, passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on January 17, 1936, in Blythe, California, Antonia was a devoted mother and grandmother who always wanted the best for her family.
Antonia had a strong faith and enjoyed attending church when she was able to.
Antonia was a resident of Fresno, California, where she lived a life filled with love and dedication. She was a graduate of Washington Jr. High and Fresno High School. Her career included being a homemaker and working for Hansel & Gretel Daycare, where she demonstrated her nurturing spirit.
Antonia met Cham Rompal at the Rainbow Ballroom, and they married, and had seven children. Her family was her pride and joy, and she was known for her compassion and care towards her children.
She is survived by her children, Ricky Rompal (Irma), Lizabeth Harris, Rachel Collins, and Marcus Rompal. Antonia was also blessed with 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, Michael Rompal, Genevieve Rompal, and Cynthia Rompal.
Antonia's legacy of love and devotion to her family will be cherished by all who knew her.
