Rest in peace my dear friend.  Although we had not seen each other for a long while after high school, I would fondly remember when we met, the talks that we had on the walk home or on the phone, hanging out a bit and just having fun.  It was always a joy running into you later in life and catching up with you for just a moment and although I am deeply saddened to learn that you're no longer with us, I know that I will always instantly smile and remember you whenever I hear a Wham! song.  You always did try your best and always succeeded in getting me to sing along with you...   Farewell my friend.

Bob, I miss you dearly. You have touched my life and so many others. You would always remind me of how important my relationship with my wife, children and siblings is. I loved getting to chat with you and how humble you were, never thinking of yourself.  I love seeing how much your brothers love you. You have set an example that will be hard to follow. Bobby, we spent so many weekends talking, laughing, making fun of each other.  You introduced me to so many people your brothers and Dusty. You even got me to work for you though I don't know how. You made an impact in my life when I first became an adult. To laugh and have fun. As long as I remember you, you will never be gone. R.I.P

We met briefly during Dusty and Sat's wedding years ago. The one thing we all admired was how the brothers all seemed so close and how well they took care of Dusty as she moved to Fresno to start a new life. I remember working with Bob in the early 90s . he was always the most sincere person i knew! i have always loved his entire family for over 30 years. this is tough regardless of not being around him for many years. my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I am so saddend to hear this news. I worked for an alternative rock station here in Fresno and we did so many promotions at "Bisla's" bar here. Bob became a good friend as did his entire family. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers

Bob your true friendship and brotherly love meant a lot to me. your burning passion for success and strong work ethics and attention to detail made you successful at all the various jobs and businesses you did. everthing you touched always turned to gold. I learnt a lot from you . your witty  sense of humor was hard to match. above all you had a big heart and always went out of your way to help other and touched many with your acts of kindness. Bob once talked me out of some very bad decisions, including getting me to stop using drugs. He made me proud to be me, and definitely saved my life. Easily the funniest guy I ever met. I handled Bob's business insurance for Bisla's. He was always nice to work with. He cared about his customers and was a stickler for details, which is why his sports bar and restaurant was a success. I will miss you my friend.

So many good memories..you were the cooler older cousin and were always there when I needed to talk as a crazy teenager.  You never judged and that meant so much to me.  I will cherish all the times we had and will keep the advice you used to give me close to my heart.  Love you Bobby.

My husband and I met Bob when we stopped into Bisla's Sports Bar for dinner.  He was very friendly and came up to our table and introduced himself and welcomed us.  For the last 2 years we have been loyal customers of his.  EVERY time we were there he always came over and we would talk, most recently about his new adventure in buying the 4th Street Grill.  He was a very gracious man and always made us feel like we were special customers!  We will truly miss you and thanks for your friendship and courtesy!  Michael and Kimberly Newman

My heart was deeply saddened to hear that Bob had passed away.  Bob to us was a good man, and to us Bob was family.  He will be missed.  My Prayers & Thoughts are with the Bisla Family.
