Bea was born in 1940 and went to heaven on Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Mama endured her cross to the victory. She worked for the City of Fresno at the Fresno Police Department for over 30 years in the Property and Evidence Unit.
Mama was the pillar in our family who kept the peace. Mama was loving, caring and forgiving who led by example. We will miss her dearly but not for long. For we hope for union with Christ and each other.
Mama joins her very missed husband, Edward; and grandson, Richard Garcia, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Richard Garcia and his wife Gina; her daughter, Eleanor Bracamonte; her grandchildren, Alex and Michael Bracamonte, Dominic and Roxanne Garcia; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home, on Monday, December 27, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
