She was a longtime resident of Mendota and she and her late husband David Castro owned and operated Castro and Sons Trucking for many years.
Carmen is preceded in death by her husband, David Castro and her son, Robert Castro.
She is survived by her daughter Henrietta Cervantes and her husband, Victor; sons Louie Castro, Sr. and his wife, Charlene and Carl Castro and his wife, Laura; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grand children.
A rosary will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 484 Quince St., Mendota, California on Friday January 15, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 484 Quince St., Mendota, California on Saturday January 16, 2016 at 11:00 am.
Burial to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
