He was born on August 1, 1930 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Grover and Zella Clark.
Charles is survived by his wife Wanda Clark, daughter s Carrie Capriotti, Tammy Weaver and Carla Clark, seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
Graveside service at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 12:00 pm.
