He loved his family, friends and God. He will always be remembered for his role in establishing the Feed My Sheep Ministry at the Villa Margaritas Apartments.
Charles is survived by his parents, Charles G. and Bette Niles; sister DeeNeece Niles; daughter Shaneil Sanders; grandson Ruben Dominguez; and grandmother Merle Niles; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Burial Service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., followed immediately by a Celebration of Life and Luncheon will be held at Fresno Masonic Center, 3444 E. Shields in Fresno.
