

Born and raised in Fresno, Ca. Clarinda began her education at Fresno Colony Elementary to later graduate from Edison High School. She worked as an Agricultural Inspector for the United States Dept. of Agricultural for many years. Clarinda received her early religious training at St. Mark Methodist Church and later moved her membership to Calvary Temple Undenominational Church where she not only enjoyed worship but being in the church kitchen until her health failed her. Clarinda was not only known as “Nana” to her grandchildren but to all children who knew her. She was well known for her cooking skills in which she took great pride in doing and was one of her favorite past times.
She leaves to cherish her husband, Floyd Mosley of Fresno; daughters, Kenyatta Abraham, Tianna Shepherd and Jessica Mosley all of Fresno, Sonae Walls and Stacie Washington of East Bay; four sisters, Ann Franklin and Khandi Bennet of Fresno, Nona and Karima Humes of Grand Rapids, MI; three brothers, Chad and Andre Humes of Grand Rapids, MI and Brandon Bennett of Fresno; four aunts, Mildred Brewer, Edna Stovall, Margie Foster and Annette Gentry; two uncles, Timothy Humes of Grand Rapids MI, and Elder Hersie Stovall, Sr.; two brothers-in-law, Freddie and Gary Mosley of Fresno; mother and father-in-law, Fred and Essie Mosley; three brothers and sisters in-law, Denise and Shakey Johnson of Fresno, Diane and Roy Walker of Sacramento CA, and Theresa and James Alston of Pleasant Hill, TX; special niece and nephew, Thursday Nelson and Jabbar Jamerson of Fresno; five grandchildren one great grandson all of Fresno; three extended grandchildren, Courtney, Clyde and Mia Foster of Fresno; and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, relatives and friends
