

She spent the last five and a half years as a resident of the Golden Living Center and was pleased with the excellent care and attention she was given.
In her younger years she worked at many jobs but always with a smile. She started working at 12 years of age in the hotel restaurant and from that developed a love for cooking that lasted 92 years.
Della loved to travel and spent many summers camping out and visiting her siblings. All but one have preceded her in death. She was one of eleven children. She survived the death of two husbands, Joy Oller in 1938 and George Meyer in 1990.
Della will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her two daughters, Florine Goulart of Fresno and Darleen Walling of Pennsylvania; two granddaughters, Judy Dill of Fresno and Jeannette Goulart of Clovis; two great-grandsons, Jason Evangelho of Nevada and Jeremiah Clines of San Diego; one great great-granddaughter, Trinity Noelle of Arroyo Grande; sister, Josephine Smith of Washington; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
