He passed away on October 24, 2010 in Fresno at the age of 70.
He is survived by his conservator Randall and Penny Gash, his best friend Theodore "Teddy" Gash.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Belmont Memorial Park at 1:00 pm.
