He is survived by his mother Shirley Goetz and his sister Carrie Goetz both of Fresno.
Visitation will be held at the Lisle Funeral Home on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Memorial Service will be held at G.L. Johnson Church on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 4:00 pm.
