

Edward Kozera was born on December 18, 1925, to Joseph and Mollie Kozera. He went to be with Jesus and his heavenly family on Thursday, January 25, 2018. He will be remembered lovingly by all that knew him. He was a husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, as well as grandfather to his granddogs.
He founded Kozera and Kozera Construction over 60 years ago which is now owned by his son, Stan Kozera. In his younger days he enjoyed motorcycles and cars. He even raced at Kearney Bowl. He also enjoyed being with family and friends, and used to visit many friends at Marini's store. He will be missed by all that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette, of almost 64 years; his parents, Joseph and Mollie; brothers, Melvin, Henry, Leroy, and Johnny; and sisters, Mary Carais, Irene Weed, and Lorraine
Hiezenraider.
He is survived by his son, Stan Kozera and his wife Olivia; and his daughter, Cindy Mc- Millen and her husband Sam. He is also survived by two sisters, Joanne Ball, and Barbara Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply missed but we know some day we will be reunited again.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, February 5, 2018, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. follwed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Helen's Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
