Eleanor Janet Keith

She passed away on August 14, 2020, after a 10 year battle with MDS. Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband Donald "Dick " Keith. She is survived by her children Donald Keith, Beverly Trejo, Annette Adams and Alan Keith.

Eleanor went to Madison Elementary and Central High schools. She graduated in 1956 and was married in 1957. She always wanted 4 children so she got what she wished for.

Eleanor worked at Madison Elementary School for 26 years as a teacher's aide and librarian. She loved kids.

Eleanor had a love for animals, especially cats both big and small. She enjoyed watching veterinarian shows on T.V. She read the Fresno Bee every morning and enjoyed reading recipe books and planning meals.

Eleanor had a circle of good friends. When she was stronger she enjoyed going to the Broadway shows, lunches and talking on the phone with them. She also had her cousin lunches as much as possible. She also was very involved with the last few high school reunions. She enjoyed taking drives to Yosemite and Monterey with Alan as the chauffeur.

The family wishes to thank everyone at cCare Medical Center especially Dr.Jawien for the excellent care Mom received over the past 10 years.

Eleanor will be missed by all who knew her.
