Eleanor was an active parishioner of Saint Alphonsus Catholic Church, the Guadalupano Society and the Young Ladies Institute. She loved to garden, cook, read, crochet and embroider. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and they reciprocated with their love and admiration.
She was preceded in death by Manuel, her husband of 62 years; her daughters, Antonia Bravo and Rosella Gonzales; and her infant son, Manuel, Jr.
Eleanor is survived by her daughters, Lupe, Margie, and Terri; son, Gregory; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Saint Alphonsus Catholic Church on Sunday, October 20, 2013, at 4:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Alphonsus Cath- olic Church on Monday, October 21, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Saint Peter's Cemetery.
Remembrances may be made in Eleanor's name to Saint Agnes Hospice; the American Heart Association; or Saint Alphonsus Cath- olic Church.
