Frances Louise Coberly was born December 26, 1934 in Wilburton, Oklahoma, when to Heaven on Sunday, August 23, 2020. Louise married Jay Coberly when she was 14 years old. They spent 56 wonderful years together, having 3 children by the time she was 18 years old. Growing up with Jay and Louise as your parents was a blessing for us kids. After Jay retired, they moved to Fresno, where Louise spent most of her free time with her loving family. In recent years, she loved lunch at Irene's where she would set on the patio, get her favorite cheeseburger....and watch the world go by with Kassandra, her great-granddaughter. Louise donated countless hours to God's Family Church as a Sunday School Teacher and was always willing to pitch in and help with any church related functions.
Louise is survived by her daughter, Doris Ann Swaim and her husband Mark. Two sons, Steven Coberly and his wife Janell, and Roger Coberly. Four grandchildren, Wayne Whitaker, Leah Whitaker, Sarah Coberly, and Mike Coberly. Seven Great-Grandchildren, and two Great-Great Grandchildren.
Louise was preceded in death by Floran Jay Coberly, her soulmate and the love of her life. Her parents Walter and Bertha Rowland, her brother Albert and sister Lois.
