Francisco Ortiz, age 97, of Fresno, California passed away on Thursday May 30, 2019. Francisco was born October 4, 1921 in Durango, Mexico.

He is survived by his wife, Lorenza Ortiz, and children, Senorina Ortiz, Silvestre Ortiz, Guadalupe Ortiz, Josefina Ortiz, Onofre Ortiz, Luis Ortiz, Felix Ortiz, Imelda Ortiz, Antonio Torres-Reyes, 21 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Candelaria Ortiz.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2019 starting at 3:00 and followed by a rosary service will at 7:00 pm, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721.

A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 4870 E. Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93727. An interment will occur at St. Peter's Cemetery, 264 N. Blythe Ave, Fresno, California 93706-1001.
