Frank served in the United States Army during WWII and received a Purple Heart. Later in life he resided in Reedley, California as a farm laborer and factory worker.
Frank was preceded in death his son Jessie Galvan.
Frank is survived by his sons, Frank Galvan Jr., and Johnny Galvan; brother Johnny Galvan and sisters, Jovita Fleming and Virginia Dearth as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory on Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. immediately followed by the Recitation of the Rosary.
Funeral Services will take place on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11:00 at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
