Frank Lebert Wong

Frank L. Wong, September 22, 1939- May 17, 2025 passed at the age of 85. He is preceded in death by his wife Priscilla, parents, Frank and Marie Shultz Wong, sister Nona Wong¬Kline. He is survived by his sister Barbara (Chico) Garcia, brother Jimmy (Patricia) Wong, daughters Sheryl Wong and Jayni Wong (Todd) Placencia, grandchildren Ashli (Ryan) Day (with a great grand baby on the way) and Austin Placencia. He leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews. Graduate of Edison High School, he served in the Air National Guard #144 and worked as a clerk for various grocery stores. He was an Enrolled Agent who prepared tax returns for over 50 years. He retired in 2020. He enjoyed hosting gatherings, trips to Reno/ Las Vegas, spending time at the cabin at Shaver Lake, giving "Big Hugs and Kisses". He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2020. He enjoyed his mornings attending the Valley Caregiver Resource Center, Oasis Program. The Wong Family would like to thank the Valley Caregiver Resource Center, the Oasis Program caregivers, Hinds Hospice, and his physician Dr. Karen Hansen-Smith for their excellent care. A celebration of life will be on Saturday, August 16, 2022, 10:00 am, at The First Chinese Baptist Church, 6080 N. Angus St., Fresno, Ca., 93710.
