My uncle Fred was one of the most compassionate, loving, and kindhearted person that I’ve ever met. 
Although we weren’t closed all the time, due to the fact that we were living in different countries, he always made me feel special. Those little gestures of noticing my favorite treats, my new hobbies, or my fashion interests, and then making sure that I received something special related to my likings. And, I know for a fact that those were not just some random gift, but it was a present that he gave a lot of thought. 

He really was an amazing person. No words can match what I actually think about him. Now, the memories that are left with me, makes me feel joy and gratitude that I was able to be called his niece. 

I love him very much now, and I’m sure I will continue loving him in the future; until the time comes and I can see him again.

From Sandra and Alex Alvarenga, we send all our love to you dear uncle and all the strength for my beloved aunt.

I remember our trip to LA when I was kid, I think was the first time I meet him but I'm not scared for some reason, all the opposite I remember i feel comfortable  with his presence and I admire his big smile and kind, now both see me growing up and have my own family and when we meet here in El Salvador, he always seems joyful for the life and showing me, no matter the age and the years, we must keep smiling and be kind.

Hopping he's resting in peace for this plane, I know he's always with us and all what he does and teaches us.

Until next time dear uncle Fred. We have the hope of a new life with you in heaven.
