Jack was born in Sioux City, Iowa to Clifford and Eunice Welch on November 7, 1932 and passed away in Fresno, California on April 10, 2012 at the age of 79. He was an operating engineer with Safe-T-Cab, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Welch; daughters Teresa Martin and her husband, Bill; Roxanne Griffin and her husband, Leroy; son Gary Welch; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Lisle Funeral Home on Sunday, April 15, 2012 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Funeral Services will be held at Sonrise Churchl located at 3105 Locan Ave. in Clovis, on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 10:00 am, Dr. J. Otis Ledbetter officiating.
The burial will be private.
