Born in Upland on June 20, 1954, Dale grew up in Visalia and spent most of his adult life in Fresno. Dale was a Navy veteran, and later attended trade school to become an electrician. For decades his company, Alpine Electric, worked on large projects for corporate clients. In his free time, Dale enjoyed cycling and hiking, and was known for his easy laugh and bright smile. Dale was a steadfast friend and had the mind of an engineer, always curious about how things worked.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Juanita McCown, siblings, nephews and nieces.
