Kenji was born in Fresno, California on December 13, 1920 and passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 in Clovis at the age of 93. He was the owner of the first Honda dealership in Fresno, Maruko Cyclery and operated it until 1988.
Kenji is survived by his daughter Patricia Maruko and her husband Edward Groth of Pleasanton, son Warren Maruko of Fresno, granddaughter Kelly Groth of San Francisco, brother Eiji Maruko with his wife Keiko of Fresno, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Fumiko Maruko.
Memorial Service will be held at the Lisle Funeral Home on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11:00 am.
