He was preceded in death by Jeannette, his loving wife of 45 years Jeannette in 2018.
He is survived by his sons, David E. Foote of Roseville, CA, Michael Pittman of Las Vegas, Anthony L. Pittman and Terrance Pittman both of Henderson Nevada. He is also survived by his siblings Barbara Rex, Guy Foote, Mary Jo Foote-Wright, and Ransom Foote as well as several grandchildren.
A memorial service for LeRoy will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Las Palmas Masonic Center, 2992 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703.
