Auntie Linda was my favorite Auntie. I remember growing I use to always want to go over to her house. It was times she would say Tony is at his friends or on the road competing in soccer and I would say I still wanna come and be with you....
I remember also she use to love to knock Keith Sweat and a Cameo song name  word up.Lol.  She use to sing it while she would drive and I thought she was the coolest person I knew...
In the 1980s growing up I used to always be in trouble at school and Auntie was the one and only person that was able to intervene with my parents. I used to love her for that. She was my go to.... Also Auntie was  a role model to all of us. I admired her worth ethics. She was one of the most consistent ladies or people I knew besides my father... One thing about my Aunt Linda too was she never held her tongue when it came to me and what I needed to do even when I didn't want to hear it... Auntie Linda would always set me straight and over the years I learn why she would chastise me the way she would.. Life was never easy for us it may have looked simple but it was always struggle and my auntie god rest her soul always Rose to the occasion even through adversity..
She was strong African American woman/lady with 3 wonderful children 
I will always remember her. I love you Auntie Linda and thank you for everything.....

My Ms. Jackson, I remember our lunches and breaks at VCH.  When she was sick I had her sitting in a room taking care of her and the babies. Always helping feed our babies in the NICU. Resting her "dogs" after stocking. Our lunches outside of work, her laughing. I can still hear her calling my husband a cockroach. I thank God for bringing this strong beautiful soul in my life. You will always be missed and never forgotten. Love You Linda. 

Hey sis just wanted to let you know that even though we hit some bumpy roads and even though we weren't blood you will always be my Big Sister. No matter what happened between us you are always my big sis. Tell momma and dad hi and give them a big hug for me. Until we meet again sissy. Love you sissy 💕

Linda is survived by her children; Shanesha De Bro, Shawnta and husband Kevin Tucker, Tony Guyton, wife Shannon Guyton and her grandchildren; Jh'Kai De Bro, Paytin Guyton and Kevin Michael Tucker, Linda's siblings; Robert Jackson, Eugene Jackson, Diana Corpeno, Kay Shaw and Ricky Jackson.
Many many friends, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mama is preceded in death by her father; Fred Jackson, mother; Thelma Ligons, stepfather; Thurman Ligons and sister Dorothy Montgomery.
