She was the last child of 7 born to Claude and Hazel Koch. There were 2 boys and 5 girls, of which she was a twin.
Lora graduated from Madera High in 1950. After school, while working at Rosco's Dime Store, she met and married "the love of her life" Tony Sciacqua. This came with a ready made family, as Tony had a son Tim. They made their home in Madera and had a son Mark, and a daughter Lori.
After Tony's passing, she met and married Harry Rudolf and moved to Biola, California.
Lora worked as a school secretary for over 40 years, mostly at Thomas Jefferson Jr. High in Madera. The staff and students all enjoyed Mrs. Sciacqua "because she's so nice". The last 13 years of work was at Rata School and county offices in Fresno. With her husband Harry, they farmed grapes and had a labor contracting business. She enjoyed all the
traveling, and entertaining of family and friends.
Lora was preceded in death by her husband Tony, son Mark, and 2nd husband Harry.
