Manuela D. Turrubiates, age 82, of Fresno, California passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Manuela was born July 14, 1938. Manuela enjoyed shopping at the outlets, sewing, and embroidering. She loved eating out, especially sushi, traveling, and watching boxing, hockey, and Jerry Springer. Manuela was proud to operate an adult day care and be a Foster Grandparent.
Manuela is survived by son Ausencio Turrubiates Jr. (Juanita) of Texas; daughter Erma Turrubiates of Nevada; daughter Rachel Quinonez (German) of Fresno, California; son Daniel Turrubiates (Lisa) of Reedley, California; daughter Dora Turrubiates of Puyallup, Washington; and daughter Michelle Givens (Jamaal) of Fresno, California; brother Jose Delgado of Hanford, California, brother Amado Delgado of Fresno, California and brother Manuel Delgado of Fresno, Mexico.
Manuela was preceded in death by their husband Ausencio Turrubiates.
Manuela was also survived by her 12 Grandchildren and 13 Great- Grandchildren.
A funeral service for Manuela will be held Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. John's Cathedral, 2814 Mariposa Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A committal service will occur Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
Serving as pallbearers are Juan Gamez, Adrian Garcia, Ausencio Turrubiates Jr., Daniel Turrubiates, Daniel Calderon Jr., and German Quinonez.
