

passed away on February 15,2022 in Fresno, California.
Marlene Frazier was born on November 15, 1931 in San Luis Obispo, California.
She was the daughter of Alfred and Hilda Ferrini. She is survived by her children, Jan Marie McGaffin and Douglas John Frazier, his Spouse Pamala, and three grandchildren, Ryan McGaffin, Keely McGaffin, and Taylor McCall Haught Frazier, her brother Felton Ferrini, her niece Elizabeth Katsaris, her husband Anthony, and nephew Matthew Ferrini.
Preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Ann Frazier.
Marlene graduated from San Luis Obispo High School in 1949. During high school, she was named Fiesta Queen De La Flores of San Luis Obispo. She attended San Jose State for business and later attended Heald's Business College, in San Jose.
After her college years she was a secretary at California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo. She worked there for five years and that is when she met the love of her life Richard "Ron" Frazier. They were married in San Luis Obispo in 1952. Following their marriage they settled in the San Joaquin Valley where they lived the remainder of their lives.
Over the years she has been a secretary in the business world, business owner, artist, mother, and grandmother. She loved to play bridge, garden, and enjoyed painting with water color. Marlene's philosophy was to laugh, and enjoy life to its fullest. Her greatest pleasure in life was to be able to give to others.
