Melencio is survived by his spouse, Marydel T. Solano; his son Darren Solano; and his daughter Hazel Solano; his brother Conrado Solano, his brother Ekizar Solano and his sister Luz Solano.

A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church, 4636 W Dakota Ave, Fresno, California 93722. A committal service will occur Thursday, November 18, 2021 at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, California 93706.
