Nicki graduated from Fresno High School in 1991, and went to Fresno City College for a year before moving to Shelton, WA, with her mom and aunts. Nicki became certified as a nurse assistant. She enjoyed caring for people. Nicki made friends easily and people were attracted to her positive nature. She most often had a smile or something nice to say to or about someone. Nicki had a generous and loving personality. She returned to her home town two years ago.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert J. Galvan; and grandparents on both sides.
Nicki is survived by her mom, Liz Mell of Clovis; brother, Gilbert A. Galvan of Fresno, and his family; in addition to several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at Whitehurst. Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 11:00 a.m.
