Pamela Gayle Hilliard, affectionately known as Auntie Pam, gracefully departed this world on December 2, 2025 at the age of 66 in Fresno, California. Born on July 22, 1959 she brought joy to her late parents Dominick and Marie Pizzio.
Pamela’s love for sports and games of chance like Bingo was reflected in her daily life. She loved competition and engaged in friendly debates especially among the men in the family when it came to which team was the best. The Raiders in Football, the Dodgers in Baseball and Golden State Warriors in Basketball were her favorite teams and she proudly cheered for them every game.
When she wasn't playing Bingo or watching her teams play she was an avid cinephile with love for older films such as The Wizard of Oz and the original Cinderella. She collected hundreds if not thousands of movies and shows over the years to watch and share. She loved music and loved going to see her favorite artists live in concert.
Pamela’s selflessness, caring and pure heart were an inspiration. She was kind, reliable, hard working and derived strength from her faith. Her days were consumed with thoughts of others. Pamela’s love for life was infectious and whimsical. She found immense humor in giving silly gifts and wearing themed outfits for the Holidays. She personified joy and always spread it wherever she went.
She is survived by her lifetime love Rudy Solorio, her Sisters and family. They will forever cherish the memories of her playful and loving nature.
A graveside service will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, located at 264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA, 93706, United States.
The pallbearers for the service will be Eric Miller, Troy Howe, Ricky Burchfiel, Brandon Burchfiel, Rudy Solorio, and Jason Pizzio.
