Born on April 30, 1928, in Dunkirk, New York, Ramona built a life centered around dedication to family, service, and faith. She worked as a Human Resource Specialist for the Federal Government and lived in Banning, California, for 34 years before relocating to Fresno.
She is survived by her daughters Susan Newman of Fresno, Christine Albertine of Valley Springs, and Kathy Smith (Gregory) of Lodi; her son Peter Henry Albertine (Elizabeth) of Loma Linda; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Ramona will be remembered for her quiet strength, unwavering love, and deep devotion to her family.
