On June 2, 2025 the Lord called home one of the most precious people to walk this Earth. Rudy Beltran was born in El Paso, Texas on October 5, 1964. He grew up in San Jose, Ca and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School. Eventually; Rudy resided in Fresno, Ca and was only 60 years old when he made his way to Heaven's gate.
Back in the day Rudy was a part of a van club and spent most of his time building cars and painting professionally. Although he was a brilliant young man, it was hard to keep him in school because he was always working. He had created masterpieces in all forms. Later Rudy took on a job through an electrical tech company that sent him around the world. And by the time Rudy reached the age of 40 he had already been favored and sent as a company example and installer to places such as Singapore, India, the Netherlands, Argentina, and many more places. Rudy was a very well-rounded, trustworthy, and educated child, young adult, father, and friend.
The best days of Rudy can still be told by his mother, Emma Cervantez, and his brother, Steven Beltran. His legacy will continue to live on through his three daughters Jessica, Kristina, and Devin Beltran as well as his grandson Austin. He joins his loving father, Raul Beltran, and his two ex-wives, Heather and Tina, as they guide him to the beautiful land of eternal peace. Rudy's biggest accomplishment was always his family and he couldn't have been more proud of who he had looking up to him.

A celebration of life for Rudy will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.
