Sandy was born in California on May 18, 1948. She spent most of her life in Fresno and married her high school
sweetheart, Jerry Hall.
Sandy and Jerry went on to have five beautiful children, Sherry, Tracy, Charla, Hayley, and Scotty. She had no greater joy in life than caring for her family which included her cherished grandchildren. She served the community of Fresno for over 48 years. Sandy's crowning achievement was owning her own restaurant, "Jus Jo's," in Clovis, CA. Sandy loved her customers and considered them family. Sandy was known as a selfless person with tremendous generosity towards others. Sandy was an inspiration, and was loved and adored by all that knew her.
A Memorial Service will be held at Fresno First Baptist Church on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at 11:00 a.m.
