Stephen Chang, a respected restaurant owner and cook, passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on December 13, 1937, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Stephen was a beloved figure in his community.
Stephen resided in Fresno, California, where he was known for his culinary skills and warm hospitality. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Chang, who was his partner in both life and business.
He is survived by his sister Madeline Yim, and brothers Felix and David Chang. He also leaves behind his loving extended family.
A funeral service to honor Stephen's life will be held at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, located at 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 937061310, on February 26, 2025, at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
Stephen will be remembered for his dedication to his craft and the joy he brought to those around him.
