Susan is survived by; son John Tarter; and daughter Melissa Pennington; brother William J. Laudig; sister Carol Darlow and three grandchildren to cherish her memory.
A funeral for Susan will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 N. Teilman Ave., Fresno, California 93706.
