Mrs. Vickie Louie

Many will remember her as a hard worker, dedicated mother, great cook, and extremely generous to those she knew. She was short in stature, but big in heart. Vickie was born on May 26, 1923, in San Francisco. She, along with her husband Kenneth, started and ran a family business called Louie Foods back in the 1950's, supplying fresh bean sprouts and noodles to the San Joaquin Valley.

She is survived by her children Jay and Stephanie, Anita and Norman, Karen and Richard, Arnold and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Alison and Brendan, Brian, Kelly, Kyle, Sean, David, Ryan, Matthew, Jamie and many nieces, and nephews. She also has a sister, Lonnie, and a brother, William.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Lisle Funeral Home at 10:00 am followed by a wake service at 5:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Monday, at 2:00 pm. Graveside service immediately following. Donations may be made to your favorite charity.
