They are survived by Diane Williams (Girlfriend), Steven Martinez (Son), Jenna Martinez (Daughter), Victor Martinez (Father), Tony Hamberg (Brother), Nathan Montalvo (Brother), Gloria Martinez (Sister), Peter Martinez (Brother), Naliah Martinez (Grandchild).

Serving as pallbearers are Steven Martinez, John Basiel, Candido Solorzano, Santos Venegas, Mike Delgado, Rene Leal.
