Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I had the honor of meeting Cole on a few occasions as he and my daughter, Lili, were friends and he served as a student rep in one of the school's committees. He was so polite, sweet, funny, and full of energy! And he is so very missed. My family's hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with you all now and forever.

Cole is just an amazing human being. He was so goofy and enthusiastic. Especially in Asb. He would always ask to help talk to advisory’s or hang up posters all over the school. He definitely loved helping me plan fun Friday activities for school. He would always help and ask to play in them. I remember when we choose to do balloon pop as an activity. He was always stealing un-blown balloons and taking the ones that were blowed up. But here is what he really cared for. Track and Math.  He loved running and trying to outrun his own teammates. You don’t even understand how much I’ve heard him say “I’m faster than you, HaHa!” Boy did I hate hearing that. Because I’m reality it was true. Math was worse though. He would brag to me how much extra free time he would get after completing all his work in the first 15 minutes of class. Knowing that I will never get to hear his high pitched voice ever again yell “Bobbi wait for meee!!” Is truly heartbreaking. Me and my family are wishing the best and hoping that they will be okay. We are sending our prayers. We will forever remember him.

My son, Travis Risper, went to school with Cole. When I gave him the news, he teared up. Although they weren't best friends, he shared with me how they would speak on occasion between classes and how nice he was. How he always had a smile and a wave for him. We are all saddened by the news of your loss and we wish your family strength, during this time. Travis just wanted to leave a note letting you know he will be missed and how great of a job you did as parents, for him to be so kind. 

Cole was a beacon of joy, love and light🌟 His ever present smile, will be missed by so very many 😞Although his life was cut much too short… he lived and loved, every moment of it. Free from his Earthly bonds, heaven needed a perfect Angel, that’s what he was, perfect. All he knew was love 💗 

Lisa and Family, With working with Lisa for many years, we had many zoom calls as you could imagine…I remember so fondly, Cole popping in to say Hello on those calls. We would chat for a minute and I would ask him questions, always had a big smile on his face. I felt connected because I also have a little boy. Lisa would be like, ok well we gotta get back to work, and I would be like no no, I would much rather talk to him than do work….this is not some huge, earth shattering memory, however I remember him making me smile, and I remember him being a sweet boy…..I could tell that he was a happy boy, and I know that he had a very loving family with you all. I’ll have you in my thoughts and prayers. May the lord lend his hand and hold you all so tight and give you strength to take one day at a time. Love and prayers ❤️ Stacey 

Cole was a lucky kid to be in a family that truly loved him unconditionally. His sweet smile will be missed and we are grateful that we were able to know him. We offer our love, our prayers and our deepest condolences in honor of Cole.

oh i don’t even know where to start, cole was an amazing person and was such a great kid , he was so sweet, caring, and responsible. cole and i met in elementary we use to always make jokes, laugh, and have fun times, i’m incredibly so sad for his loss, i really hope his family the best, he always had a smile on his face and i always looked up to cole as one of my  closest guy friends,  he’s so smart, talented, and a incredibly strong person. cole might not be here with us but he will never ever be forgotten, all the memories with cole were amazing always going to hold those forever, cole always checked up on our other friends and i when he knew something was up he was just always there for you. he always just made the classroom so bright, with his laughs and humor, overall cole was just a amazing, outgoing person he always made others feel loved around him we’ll all miss you. llc .

Cole was an amazing friend. I referred to him as my “ little brother “. Yes, he was sometimes annoying but not in a bad way. He was funny, smart, talented, and so kind. He was one of my strongest friends.  He may be a little guy but he showed a tremendous amount of mental strength. The season he was in track I was too. If only you can see our warm ups. He was wanted to complete them so fast. The teacher even had to warn him to slow down Now some people didn’t want to be there but he sure did. He ran the 800 and I just couldn’t believe it. All these other big and tall dudes and then there was Cole. Not the odd one out but the unique one. Cole also never gave up on his grades. He always kept thriving for the best. He was so energetic, and when he passed away, it left a big hole in my life . I would no longer see that little boy running  through the hallways, ready for the next class. 
Every person is different in their own way and so when they aren’t here there is that certain little spot in your life that is empty. Cole was just an amazing kid. Him being gone, it is just unbelievable. My mind just can’t accept that he is gone. Gone gone. That’s what really hurts, knowing he can’t continue his  life. He will never graduate or get married. That is hard especially for the parents and the family. For all the family members and friends that he has, just know Cole isn’t gone. Yes, maybe physically but Cole isn’t gone in our minds. All the memories and moments in our head with Cole is still Cole. He lives through us. Yes, we will be depressed and go through grief and that’s normal. Just know, Cole would have wanted us to be happy with our life. To not be stuck in the past. He would have wanted his memories that we have to stay with us but not in a sad way. In a more cherished and lovely way. Though everyone feels and thinks differently some people may grief for more time. In the end, just come and think about Cole. How would he want you to feel? Cole could make the room so bright once he walked in. Everyone at school knew his name. When we all heard the news we were all in shock. 
I was confused. It was hard to believe. I can't speak for everyone but I think Cole  would probably not want  us to be sad. He was a very good friend and student. Rest in peace, Cole. I miss you. We all do.

cole was such a good person overall.everytime you would hear that voice you know that’s cole. Cole was very smart and also very nice even to the people who weren’t his friends, he would ask if their ok and try to cheer them up , most of time he was always smiling or laughing and making other people around him feeling loved

hey there my names Aleah, I went to school with cole, I was in his ASB class, im a 8th grader, im I’m really sad about what happened, he was the best treasure we could ever have. I am so sorry for your loss. Cole was such a sweet kid, he would always make jokes at the most random times and make everyone laugh, most of all he was always smiling. All of ASB is gonna miss him :(. Your family will be in my prayers. 

I miss him so much! He was so funny and he loved his cowboy boots. He was my bestfriend and he was taken to soon but he is forever in our hearts!
