Yoneji was a resident of Fresno passed away November 6, 2014 at the age of 92. He was born on January 7, 1922 in San Jose to Tamejiro and Shizuka Yamamoto. He was a gardener and farmer for over 50 years. Customers, friends and family know him as “Sam”.
He is survived by his wife Lillian Yamamoto and son Russell Yamamoto; sisters Sachi Nishiseki and Tsugi Takayama; brothers Kenji Yamamoto and Tomi Yamamoto.
Memorial Service will be held at the Lisle Funeral Home on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 10:00 am
