Richard L. Palermo of The Colony, TX passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary and his brother, Philip. Survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Roberta; brother Michael; children Annette (Dale) Curtis, Richard A. Palermo, Michelle (Tito) Ortiz; stepchildren Jeanne (Patrick) Bristol, Suzanne McNutt, Thomas McNutt; 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Mary Anne Hillen, Margaret (Jim) Smith, brothers-in-law, Robert (Linda) Klein, Gene (Gerri) Richards, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Richard worked for Rochester Products Division (RPD) of General Motors for 30 years. A celebration of Richard's life is being planned for a later date in Rochester, N.Y.
