Barbara Stewart Ross

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Father Jerome Fasano officiating. Entombment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Fredericksburg at 1:00 p.m.

Mrs. Ross was born in Owensboro, KY on June 20, 1935 a daughter of the late Ellis and Gertrude Smith Stewart. She was a bookkeeper for H. M. Ross Paving. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed archery, bowling, drawing, and painting, she was an accomplished artist. Mrs. Ross was Catholic by faith.

Mrs. Ross is survived by her husband, Harold Ross; her son, David Ross and wife Wilma of Catlett; her daughter, Sharon Hamlin of Bumpass; her sister, Jean Abbott; her grandsons, Steven Ross and Daniel Ross; and her caregiver, Terrie Ross.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Delano Jenkins, Johnny Hottle, Wade House, and David Ross.
