Beverly Roberts of Loveland passed away on June 12, 2012 at home, to join her husband, S.J. “Speedy” Roberts who passed away on Aug 20, 2011. She was born on May 16, 1928 in Tulsa, OK, to Garret and Garland (Wright) Voorhees. On June 7, 1947 she married S.J. Roberts in Houston, TX. After living many years in Houston, Beverly and SJ moved to Denver, CO. Upon retirement, they built a home in Bailey, CO where they lived until 2005, when they moved to Loveland, CO for health reasons. She is survived by a son, Steve Roberts and wife Brenda of Fort Collins. Beverly and SJ are also survived by two grandsons, one granddaughter, one great granddaughter and one great grandson. Memorial Services for Beverly and S.J. “Speedy” will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home.
