11 August, 1931 – 18 November, 2019
Philomena Marie Crites, 88, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away at home peacefully in the early morning on November 18, 2019. She was born to the late Alex and Mary Dinkel in Ness City, KS. She had five sisters and six brothers.
Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E Crites; grandchild, Robert (Robbie) Roe; sisters, Dolores Clark and Elvira David; brothers, Eddie Dinkel and Hubert Dinkel She is survived by three children, Stephen Crites of Fort Collins, Sharon Cramer of Fort Collins, Michael Crites of Rio Rancho, NM; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; Numerous Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
Marie was a very caring, generous, loving woman, and mother. She touched the hearts of all that she met. She was always willing to listen and was willing to help out if she could. Marie was a devout Catholic and she always went to Church on Sundays. She trusted in the word of the Lord and every night after talking with her sister, Peggy, she would say the rosary and her night time prayers. Over the years as her health declined and she was not able to drive, she would watch the mass on TV. The church sent over Jack to give her communion on Friday, he would sit with her and visit. Every person who met Marie always said how sweet she was. My brother asked her once what she did if she was upset with someone, she told him I say prayers for them and then I go to bed. Then my brother said, then what do you do? She responded with, I just told you what I do.
We would like to thank all of those professional personnel that took care of during her times of need. She will be greatly missed, we are glad that she is no longer suffering and is now at rest with God.

Steve, Mike , Sharon and Bailey and to the entire family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. The time I had with her I will cherish I'm my heart always. It was an honor to get to know Marie and her amazing family. No matter how she was feeling, she never lost her wit. NEVER. She had me in tears at times from laughing. She has touched my life in so many ways, I'm sure you know.
Take care of each other. If you need anything at all, please don't hesitate. I'm here. I'm sorry I cannot be there Saturday as I am with my sister this holiday.
RIP Marie. You are now and always will be touching many hearts as you have in the past. Fly high Marie, spread your wings and just.....breathe sweet angel. All my love and prayers to all of you,

Marie was as you said, one of the sweetest women I have known. Met her back in 1973 with her daughter Sharon.
I remember playing with Robbie, Marie and Bob, Sharon and family. Robbie was the light in her heart and she and Bob loved spoiling him. Now they all are having a great time together. God bless
