Stephen Lee McKee

In loving memory of Stephen Lee McKee, born January 23, 1973. Stephen was a 1992 graduate of Thompson Valley High School in Loveland, CO and went on to become a talented artist spending several years developing his own unique works of bronze sculptures. He worked producing his art pieces at the Loveland foundry and was a member of the Loveland Art League. Stephen was succumbed by severe complications due to asthma and would want the continuing education of this debilitating respiratory disease to be known as a serious illness not to be taken lightly by others who suffer with it or by the medical community. He is survived by his father Philip A. McKee of Loveland, CO, mother Barbara L. Mckee of Fort Collins, CO, brother Jeffrey S. McKee of Loveland and his sister Lanette R. Griffeth of Fort Collins, CO. Stephen is also survived by his devoted fiancee Charlotte Hammerschmidt of Aurora, CO and his wonderful dog Harley as well as numerous extended family members. Visitation will be held from 12:00 â?? 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Resthaven Funeral Home, followed by the Funeral Services at 2:30 p.m. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens.
