Beloved wife of 63 years, Rodney Steele. Loving mother of Scott (Sherri Sue), Sheri (Keith) Foelsch, and Ryan (Corky) Steele. Cherished sister of Melvyn Holman (Judy) of Temperance, MI. Adoring grandmother of Matthew, Jessica, Christopher, and Cassidy.
A lifelong dog lover and early breeder of Lhasa Apso in California. Accomplished seamstress, creating beautiful quilts and memorable 3-piece suit for her husband.
Devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother. Her family was the center of her world. She took great pride in the lives of those she loved. Her kindness and unwavering dedication to family will be remembered by those who knew her. Carol will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love lives on in the hearts she leaves behind.
A funeral mass is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10 am at Santa Clara de Asis Catholic Church, 22005 Ave de la Paz, Yorba Linda CA 92887. There is be a graveside service to follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 N. Santiago Canyon Rd, Orange CA 92869.
