Jacqueline Ann Phillips, 67, passed away May 6, 2011. A longtime resident of Fullerton, California, born in Rochester, New York; Jacque spent many years as a Human Resource professional, and later as a noted Interior Designer. She will be greatly missed by, her husband James, her children Chad, James and Rachel and her brother Richard. She has seven grandchildren and many long time devoted friends. Memorial services will be held at a later date
