Joan Berlin, 90, passed away on August 19th, 2018. She was a longtime resident of Anaheim and Yorba Linda, and very active in both communities for many years. She received the Annie Anaheim Accolade Award in 1989. Joan was also a member of P.E.O. Chapter V.G. in Yorba Linda. Joan was preceded in death by her eldest daughter, Toni Gramlich in 2017. She is survived by her two daughters Susan Hoof and Jan Snyder (Jack); son in law, Jim Gramlich; 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 23 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a vigil service beginning at 7: 30 PM at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Yorba Linda. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 24, 2018 at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, Yorba Linda. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to P.O.E.
