LeRoy L. Sanchez, 68, of La Habra, passed away Saturday July 19, 2014. He was born in El Paso, Texas January 29, 1946. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UTEP, and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from CSUF. He worked as head of the CSUF Civil Engineering Laboratory. LeRoy is survived by his brother, two sisters, four children and four grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph Church in Placentia on Monday July 28 at 10am, with a reception immediately following.
