I’m sorry to learn of your family’s loss. Taking a walk, we stumbled on your desert property and it has been broken in. Let me know if we—your neighbors—can assist in any way.

I really enjoyed working with Mike and the opportunities I had to chat with him about life and fatherhood and hobbies.  I looked up to him and how he was able to be so successful in his career at a non-profit, go on amazing adventures with his family, play with cars, and play music in a band.  In the back of my mind, I thought "I want to be like Mike."  I always looked forward to the next chance I'd get to talk to him.  I miss him, and offer my sincerest condolences for your loss.  


I am sad to hear of Mike's passing. My husband and I remember Mike and his family from EDHS Jazz band adventures. My thoughts and prayers are with the Frobenius family. 

Mike's memory will live on in his family and with those of us that had the honor of working alongside him over his many years at Think Together. He was a great leader and boss. He enjoyed getting to know his team outside of the work and genuinely cared about people. He always showed up for us, he encouraged us, he challenged us to learn and grow while always keeping the mission in front of us. He believed in me and my ability to keep this organization we've all created together safe. He reassured me that I was the right person for the job and without him I don't think I would have believed in myself. I'm going to miss him being a champion for our success. Truly the best boss ever! Thank you for everything you gave to me, our team, and our organization Mike. Keeping his wife and kids close to my heart and the memories he shared of his family, they were his joy and purpose.

One of our favorite moments happened at Mary's retirement party - when you brought out your harmonica at the end of the evening and just played your heart out! We will definitely miss this Mike! Thanks for all you've done for us at Think and for being such an amazing colleague, friend, and human. Until we meet again!

Kathie, Christopher, Danielle, and David, my heart is broken for you. Father God, we grieve with them and Mike's family and friends as we lay him to rest, blessing Mike as he enters your presence. I pray that your presence will also be felt on earth as it is in heaven, soothing the goodbye and inspiring the days to come with the joy Mike lived with.

Mike was a fellow Titan alum and Think Together colleague. I enjoyed chatting with him about family life and our shared pride in Cal State Fullerton. Always an easy guy to talk to and a fun presence around the office. Good human through and through.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was always smiling and such a supporter and advocate. I will miss his laugh and silly jokes, harmonica playing, and positive energy. Sending you and your family all of my positive energy.

I am so sorry to hear of my cousin Michael's death.  Although it has been years, I have fond memories of growing up with our families getting together and having great times.

I am so sorry of the loss to his wife and children, Mother, Father and brothers.

Sending my deepest condolences to Mike's family and friends. He was my boss, my mentor, and my friend for almost 17 years, and I feel so very lucky to have known him. I owe my career to him, and I owe my DIY home projects to him as well, as he gave both my boyfriend and me the courage to do it ourselves! I have so many fond memories of Mike and I will miss him dearly.
